And just as an aside, I have an opinion to express here:

I am sick and tired of record companies screwing with everyday people who post their favorite videos to Youtube as a gesture of fan devotion. Yanking the audio just because you didn’t authorize the post does NOT force people to buy the dvd of the video collection. It only forces us to use less Youtube and more of everyone else.

Furthermore, artists like, say, Bjork don’t get much radio play because the material is too “niche” and not “common” enough. Add to this the fact that MTV plays fewer videos and, of those that do get airplay, the majority are only current releases and huge commercial successes.

For the curious fan who has never seen a Bjork video, this virtually guarantees that they never will. No one is going to fork over $24.99 for a dvd of videos for an artist they’ve never seen in video. You’re cutting your artists’ noses off to spite your profits.
